We try to keep legal fees as reasonable and transparent as possible. The amount of services required, however, is not fully within our control. We discuss with our clients options for services and the benefits of services. Sometimes services are directly related to an opposing party’s action or inaction.
We have several fee arrangements like hourly fees, flat fees, maximum fees, monthly subscriptions and other tailor made fee arrangements. We will discuss with you what the possibilities are for you or your company.
Our invoicing is a function of three components, time spent, our expertise and value added. Given the nature of these criteria, even with careful application, invoicing is still necessarily subject to a degree of professional judgment. For complete clarity, with our invoice we provide our timesheet for the relevant period.
