As an international lawyer Choy Yiu Chan has more than 20 years of experience working in the Netherlands, China and Hong Kong SAR. After graduation from Erasmus University Rotterdam in the Netherlands, Choy worked at a top Dutch law firm for 5 years before moving to Shanghai in 2006. Choy advises companies and entrepreneurs on corporate and business law related to market entry, corporate governance, business strategy and restructuring, investment, M&A, compliance, international employment matters and other matters in the Greater China region and Asia.
