Li Daxin obtained his lawyer’s license in 1987, and has been practicing continuously for over 30 years. After the restoration of the national lawyer system, Mr. Li first focused on litigation cases and represented more than one thousand criminal, civil and economic cases in court. Later, he focuses on handling non-litigation cases and acted as legal counsel for enterprises, providing a variety of legal services such as project establishment, business negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, equity transfer, contract review and dispute resolution.
