Claire Liu

Claire has been providing cross-border legal services, mainly in the fields of labor law, company law and intellectual property. Her clients include multinational groups, foreign entities, FIEs and HNWIs. The industries involved include: production and manufacturing, real estate and property management, business and trade, consulting and management, entertainment, etc. During her practice, she is good at finding the key points of a case, systematically assisting clients to formulate arbitration/litigation strategies, comprehensively assisting and guiding client to collect evidence, and safeguarding clients’ legitimate rights and interests with objective and prudent professional attitude, and has provided high-quality legal services for domestic and foreign clients.

She has provided to her clients legal advisory services, major investment and financing project consulting, merger and reorganization design, internal rules and regulations and labor relations management, employee incentive system design, trade secret protection, and intellectual property protection mechanism design. Her highly professional dedication and upright professional standards have always won the praise of her clients.

At social events, she often delivers lectures to prominent domestic enterprises. She also serves as an arbitrator in various competitions, including Moot Shanghai, FDI Moot Shenzhen, and CIETAC. Additionally, she was selected as a member of the 12th International Investment and Belt and Road Professional Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association.
