Liya Gu

Liya graduated from the China University of Political Science and Law with a bachelor’s degree in Law in 2018 and obtained her master’s degree in Law (L.L.M) from the University of Amsterdam in 2019. After graduation, Liya started her career as a Legal Consultant at a big corporate services company in the Netherlands, providing all-round legal support to dozens of well-known multinational companies, including the establishment of foreign investment enterprises, corporate governance and compliance, etc. Liya joined BNLS in 2023 and mainly provides legal support in the fields of cross-border investment, business law and corporate governance.
