Max Zhang

Max started practicing as a lawyer in 2016 in Shanghai. He obtained a master’s degree in Civil and Commercial Law at the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences in 2007. After graduation, Max started his professional career as an in-house legal advisor at a multinational company with headquarters in Bonn, Germany. Max’s main practice includes contract disputes, intellectual property, company management, engineering and construction, international trade, commercial law, and foreign investments in China.

Max is a committee member of the International Trade and Free-trade Zone Commission of the Shanghai Bar Association, meanwhile, he is also a member lawyer of the Shanghai Bar Association “Pilot Program” Cross-border Service.
