Yasmin is a licensed PRC lawyer committed to and with experience in cross-border transactions, international banking law, corporate law and data protection law. After obtaining her LLM in International Trade Law from the University of Leeds and working as an in-house counsel for a company in Zhejiang Province, Yasmin relocated to Shanghai and served as an Associate at Shanghai Office of Bonnard Lawson International Law Firm in 2020.
